Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning

Darkfever starts with the murder of Alina Lane, leaving her sister to mourn her death. When weeks pass and no new information is heard, MacKayla Lane heads to Ireland to try and find her sister’s murderer. Following a cryptic message Alina left on her cell phone, MacKayla travels the eerie streets of Dublin in search of the truth. However, the truth is a lot harder to believe than she’d like it to be.

Stumbling across a bookstore one night, MacKayla meets the sensual and mysterious Jericho Barrons, who knows more than he’s letting on. He says that he never met Alina. But, then how does he know about the book Alina begged MacKayla to find, the Sinsar Dubh? What are the monstrous things that walk Dublin’s streets? And who, or what, is V’Lane? And why do her clothes keep coming off around him?!

The line between good and evil is clearly defined… Isn’t it?

Join MacKayla in her search, through danger and hot Dublin nights! And, don’t forget to check out the other books in Moning’s ‘Fever’ series!!
