Review: Kissing Steel

Kissing Steel
Kissing Steel by Laurann Dohner
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I liked this book better than the first book in the series. The main female protagonist, Rena, was more believable in her reactions to the situations she was forced into. She made decisions based on what would keep her as safe as possible until she could escape, which of course led her into the arms, and bed, of the Cyborg Steel.

Can you say YUM! I liked Flint ok in the first book but Steel has to be a new favorite for me. After Rena is able to get the upper hand, he decides on keeping her for a while and soon develops feelings for her.

The story progressed well, not too fast or slow, the characters were better developed and it was just a great read! The only complaint I have for this book, and it’s a little one, is that they talked about their feelings quite a bit. Which I am okay with but it just seemed to happen a lot more than is probably credible.
Having said that though…

I can not wait for the next book!!
